OK for a night or two
It's ok, but a little bit boring, nothing special in the neighborhood. Staff is not very friendly. Train to Sydney CBD takes one hour from Glenfield station where you find parking sites (5 min. By car from the hotel). Choose this hotel if you can't find anything else more nearby the central area (I guess you are interested in Sydney, not the suburb Kiverpool).

Excellent apartment as far as room, facilities and location. The only issue is there is no Concierge and keys are picked up from a seperate location 5 minutes away.
Must sees are Darling Harbour, Circular Quay, Bondi & Manly.
Good value for Sydney
Excellent , central location. The room we had was fairly small compared to other accommodation that we normally use in that price range, but considering the centrality, we can't complain. At the reception, we had a very nice welcome. It was explained to us where we could catch the buses and the lovely man (a Hungarian) even suggested an itinerary for Sydney for the short time we had there. We had a good time.

Great location, comfortable clean hotel.
This hotel is in a beautiful location close to beach and restuarants. The rooms are well appointed. I was disappointed that I didn't know there was a separate building to the main hotel which is where I stayed. Also, the surcharge for using credit cards to stay wasn't made clear at registration time.
Manly - enough said!

Great to stay but Not Value for Money
The property was its usual good standard. However, customer service was a vast improvement over my previous stays. I could have stayed at an equivalent property at Darling Harbour for half the price with more inclusions. The Garden Buffet breakfast was a disgrace. At .90, the same as for the Lunch and dinner, the selection was sparse. I have stayed at 5 star properties in Australia and around the world where the breakfast was less than half the price and was sunptious and imaginative.
I will actively seek to not have breakfast here again.

Value for money, only 10kms from airport.
Bathroom was very small and toilet did not flush properly but for the price and location it was good value for money for a family. One of very few places that will sleep a family of 5. Linen was clean. Enjoyed the street facing private balcony. We used the room as a late stop over from the airport before heading in to the city.

Good value accommodation
This property is an old wool store that has been converted into apartments. It is a rather strangely configured building with rooms on outer walls, and central suspended bridgeway connecting lifts/stairwell to the rooms. This inner area is an open central cavity going from ground level all the way to the top floor (level 10) of the building, so it can be quite noisy, and may alarm those scared of heights if they look down from the bridge-ways.
Rooms though are excellent: spacious, clean, well equipped. I stayed in a 4-star studio, which had a well equipped kitchen, king-size bed, 40-inch LCD TV with Foxtel, dinning table and two chairs, plus ensuite shower, toilet and laundry. Also an excellent location just 5 mins walk away from Darling Harbour. At 0 per night, very good value given its convenient close-to-city location. Only negatives are a chronically slow WiFi system (which is a rip-off at per 24 hrs use) and long waiting times for the lifts.

Good Accommodation
Staff was friendly and helpful; hotel was surprisingly quiet despite being located on a fairly busy road; reasonably well maintained; well located for convenience shopping and public transport. I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to anyone unless they wanted super deluxe accommodation. (in which case they wouldn't be seeking common sense advice anyway).
There will always be something for everyone in Sydney.

Neat and clean a little noisy when room is near reception desk also alot of noise with people having showers above.

Nice Place to Stay
Nice- room was OK. Shower handle fell off, bedside almp not working. Other than that it was OK.

Recommended, but some service improvements required.
The apartment itself was of a high quality. Ours was a 2bdrm/2bthrm apartment that stayed 3 adults (one couple) comfortably. Facilities were good and operated as expected. Apartment is in a excellent location in the city and is very secure. Staff were very helpful.
Was unhappy with the state when we first arrived: No toilet paper, hairs in the bathtub, toilet cleaner leaking in bathroom, holes in bed sheets. Mostly minor, but would expect these things to not be there for the premium prices paid.
When the cleaning service was carried out, bathtub still had original hairs in it, the replaced linen was a bit old and stained and dishes were put away unclean and still wet.
The curtains are long peices of white paper so the apartment/bdrms are very light at all times. Although on the 34th floor, still quite noisy from the streets below, though not enough to hinder sleeping.
Overall 7.5/10
Go to Youmei Japanese restuarant in Capitol Square on the next block. It will change your life (the Karaage Chicken is our favourite).

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast however at the hotel was very overpriced, and there were fruit flies hovering about. The windows in the room should be thicker (insulated or doubled pained) to block street noise better.
