Room was very quiet and comfortable. Only thing we didn't like was our beds. Both single beds were too hard - like there was a wide ridge down the centres.
We stayed for 2 nights. We went to see a show at Lyric Theatre (Buddy Holly) and crammed in visit to Powerhouse museum (Star Wars display was FANTASTIC), Aquariam, Australian Wildlife Zoo, Chinese Garden.

The service of the front desk staff at this hotel was attrocious. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and generally rude. The only saving grace was one delightful and helpful concierge staff member - Sanjeeb. He was the only person that made us feel remotely welcome and special. There was a pillow menu next to the bed and when we rang to order one (because the ones provided were terrible), they told us that they dont have any other pillows.
Why would you provide a pillow menu if you cant provide them?! I certainly wouldnt stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone I know.
