Kettle & TV remote did not work. Dinner was roast beef. Can't do much wrong with that but beef was tough and veges undercooked & meal was cold. Fan in the bathroom cannot be turned off & rattles alnight.

We think we drew the short-straw for the smallest double-room in the hotel - but as it happens, our 'box-room' was very comfy. No grumbles! Service was excellent - everyone was most helpful, which could not be said about the grumpy Sydney taxi-driver we encountered after arriving from NZ - we KNEW we should have taken the bus, with it's very friendly driver! We will know next time.
No comments for here - we were just overnighting before proceeding home to the south coast the next day.

The customer service was excellent, I couldn't fault it, however the room was very ordinary. It was very dusty which caused havoc with me. I'll find somwhere else next time I think.
